Okusi Istre / Taste of Istria

Mednarodni resor Študentske organizacije Univerze na Primorskem v torek, 18. decembra 2018, ob 19. uri pripravlja degustacijski dogodek Okusi Istre / Taste of Istria.

Pristna istrska kulinarika se opira na bogate in okusa polne sestavine lokalnega okolja. V tipičnih jedeh najdemo mediteransko zelenjavo, sočno sadje okoliških gričev, sveža zelišča in začimbe, močnata žita ter seveda prestižne lokalne tartufe in svilnato olivno olje.

Vinsko kulturo, zanimivosti o vinu in značilnosti Istre bo v Bistroju Villa Domus predstavil vinar Gregor Kocjančič, ki bo udeležence podučil tudi o pravi kombinaciji vina in hrane.

Čaka nas gurmanski užitek, v katerem bomo okušali dobrote Istre.

Prijave na dogodek potekajo v Bistro Villa Domus, kjer je možna prijava z vplačilom kotizacije za dogodek v znesku 5 € do sobote, 15. decembra 2018.

On December 18th the International department of the Student Organization of the University of Primorska is preparing a culinary event Taste of Istria.

The authentic Istrian cuisine relies on the rich and flavourful ingredients of the local environment. Typical dishes include Mediterranean vegetables, juicy fruits of surrounding hills, fresh herbs and spices, strong cereals, and of course the prestigious local truffles and silk olive oil.

Istrian wine is also widely known and a strong part of the local gastronomy. Wine culture and characteristics will be presented at Bistro Villa Domus by winemaker Gregor Kocjančič, who will also teach the participants about the right combination of wine and food.

A gourmet pleasure is awaiting all participants in which we will taste the goodness of Istria.

Applications for the event is available at Bistra Villa Domus, where registration can be made until 15th December. The registration fee for the event is 5 €. The dinner will include 3 to 4 types of local wine.
